Lopez Dorada Foods maintenance employees are participating in an apprenticeship program that combines hands-on work experience with related classroom instruction through Pioneer Technology Center (PTC). The partnership provides employees with opportunities to develop job-specific skills and advance their careers while helping Dorada Foods build a skilled workforce. More broadly, apprenticeships help area employers connect classroom learning with real-world experience and prepare employees to meet the evolving needs of their workplaces.
