A graduate of Pioneer Tech and longtime member of the Pioneer Tech Foundation Board, Riley has provided steady leadership and insight to initiatives that expand student opportunity. His ongoing financial support of Foundation fundraisers reflects his strong belief that education transforms lives and builds resilient communities.

As an employer, Riley consistently hires Pioneer Tech graduates, recognizing the value of skilled professionals prepared to meet evolving industry demands. Under his leadership, Tomco Metal Fab has become a workplace where technical training turns into meaningful, long term careers. Riley often shares that PTC graduates arrive equipped with the technical ability, work ethic, and adaptability required in today’s manufacturing environment.

During Pioneer Tech’s recent welding facility remodel, Riley extended extraordinary support by opening Tomco’s facilities to house both full time programs and Adult Training and Development classes. His flexibility in accommodating daytime and evening instruction ensured students remained on track without disruption. This partnership allowed essential workforce training to continue seamlessly.

Riley remains actively engaged with Pioneer Tech through Business and Industry Breakfasts and strategic conversations surrounding workforce trends. Known for his forward-thinking perspective, he frequently highlights the impact of AI, automation, and emerging technologies in manufacturing. His insight challenges both educators and industry leaders to remain agile and innovative.

Tomco Metal Fab also utilizes Pioneer Tech’s Business and Industry Services, including SAM (System for Award Management) registration assistance for government contracting, Excel training for employee development, and monthly safety services. Riley’s commitment to LEAN manufacturing principles further demonstrates his dedication to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
