Pioneer Tech Photo of December Students

Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) proudly recognizes three outstanding students as the December Students of the Month: Chloe Lawver, Elizabeth Mitchell, and John Polo. Selected by their instructors, these students exemplify commitment and leadership within their career programs and school communities.

Chloe Lawver, an adult student in the Practical Nursing program from Ponca City, is recognized for her initiative and thoughtful engagement in both classroom and clinical settings. She supports her classmates, asks insightful questions, and demonstrates strong commitment to developing her nursing skills. Lawver’s gentle approach and genuine kindness make her a valued member of the program, and her steady professionalism reflects her dedication to patient care.

Izzy Mitchell, a senior from Woodland High School enrolled in the Teacher Preparation program, stands out for her consistent drive and professionalism. She maintains excellent attendance, stays ahead on her curriculum, and eagerly takes on additional responsibilities. In the Children’s Lab, Mitchell’s patience and dependable attitude support both Lab Teachers and students. Her leadership sets a positive tone for first year Teacher Prep students, and her dedication reflects her future goals as an educator.

John Polo, a junior from Woodland High School enrolled in the Mechatronics program, consistently demonstrates a strong technical aptitude and curiosity for understanding how systems work. He actively assists classmates in troubleshooting and willingly explains concepts to strengthen their learning. Polo meets deadlines, maintains exemplary attendance, and contributes positively to the lab environment. His blend of technical skill, leadership, and character makes him an exceptional representative of the program.
