Oklahoma Tax Workshop
Pioneer Technology Center’s (PTC) Self-Employment Training (SET) program along with the Oklahoma Tax Commission are offering a tax workshop. This workshop will be held on January 29, from 9 a.m. to noon at Pioneer Tech's Business & Industry Services building in room D101.

To successfully operate your business, it’s important that you understand federal, state and local tax reporting requirements. This workshop will focus on the state requirements. Another class, scheduled February 4, will focus on federal requirements.

This free workshop will allow existing or potential small business owners the opportunity to hear from tax expert Dewey Brandon about the tax consequences and issues facing a “mom and pop” operation, limited liability company, corporation, or s-corporation.

Bonnie Cook, SET coordinator, said “This class will provide you with an overview of the essential concepts for starting and running your business in the State of Oklahoma.”

For additional information or to enroll for this workshop, please call Dawn at 718-4222.
