Business Entity – Selecting a Business Structure That’s Right For You Pioneer Technology Center’s (PTC) Self-Employment Training (SET) program is offering a free workshop entitled “Business Entity – Selecting a business structure that’s right for you”. Selecting a business formation or structure can be confusing and trigger many questions. What do you want to be? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the LLC, Partnership, S-corporation or C-corporation? Can I change my business identity? Gary Bracken, attorney at law will answer these questions and challenge you to think about the best manner in which to operate your business. “Gary Bracken has over twenty years of experience in working with legal issues that small businesses encounter. He has the ability to quickly assess which structure is best for a particular type of business, and he is an excellent business resource for entrepreneurs” stated Bonnie Cook, SET coordinator at Pioneer Tech.
