CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 month
RESPONSIBLE TO: Special Programs Director
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of TANF program; monitor budget; adjust budget items as needed and prepare submissions for reimbursement; establish a working relationship with DHS staff and local county core partners; maintain accurate records for state reports and provide statistical information required by DHS and ODCTE; keep informed of current and future state and national legislation affecting the funding of the TANF program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in education or related field required; minimum of three years experience in teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience in education. Licensed or certified counselor preferred. Must have Oklahoma driver’s license or ability to use transportation to make home visits.

PRACTICAL NURSING INSTRUCTOR

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12-month (starting July 1, 2012)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Practical Nursing Director
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
To conduct a competency-based instructional program in Practical Nursing training; provide modified competency-based instruction in assigned program; evaluate student performance; assist in maintaining student files, records, and reports; provide clinical instruction and supervision; maintain community contact; participate in nursing student recruitment/selection; assist in student job placement upon completion of program; organize and develop curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree preferred.
Registered Nurse currently licensed and unencumbered in Oklahoma.
Present evidence of two years full-time equivalent practice as an RN in a clinical setting within the last five years preceding the first date of first employment as a teacher.
